Tips for the Fridge and Fresh Food

Categorise from dairy on the top shelf to raw meat on bottom shelf. Fresh vegetables and fruit etc, place in the drawers.
The door temperature fluctuates the most so keep juice, jams and condiments here.
Check dates on all items and check the freshness and use by once open dates on jars.
Dispose out of date items and food that has gone off using your food bin/drain (if liquid) and recycle their containers/tins.
Oils that need disposing of should be taken to your local recycling centre.
Wipe the fridge out with a damp cloth
